Xbox Live logins not showing up in "Venture through The Bad Lands"

Greetings all,

I'm having some intermittent problems with my Xbox live logins getting added properly to the "Venture through The Bad Lands" promotion. I've been logging in at least once a day on one of my devices (Xbox One S, iPhone, laptop), and sometimes multiple times
just to make sure (I know only one login per day counts), but frequently they don't get added in. This is AFTER waiting for the several days that it mentions for the logins to show up. Just as a test, last week I logged in on every device every day and ended
up getting two (2) logins actually added to the count.

Any idea what I am doing wrong here? I've tried saving the login credentials, not saving them, logging out and in during the same session, logging in and out during the same session, and just about everything I can think of other than waving a rubber chicken
over the keyboards...

Help?

Has anyone been having problems with the venture through the bad lands punch card? None of my progress has been showing up .

Same here. At least 5 logins not credited so far, and I hit +270 gamer score a couple of days ago. It's disappointing that the punch cards aren't being updated.

 

Same basic issue here -- I have been stuck on day 19 out of 20 for a week, and it's unclear if it will ever recognize my log in.

 

Somewhat comforting to hear from someone else in the same boat. I was stuck on 10 for roughly a week, then for some unknown reason it gave me two points in rapid succession to 12, which is where I have been stuck ever since.

 

Hi, I know this is an issue affecting many users (myself included). I know it's taken up to 48 hours to track my login information on many occasions, and something closer to 4-5 days on at least one occasion, and occasionally that has included seeing my
login count go up by 2 logins instead of 1 (presumably for two different days).

I would suspect your issues are similar to that of other users, though in case you see no progress in the next 48 hours with your login counts, you could contact Microsoft Rewards support directly at

this link.

 

Same thing here. I log in daily on my tablet and phone. Occasionally I'll add an Xbox log in. At this rate I don't think I'll get the 20 check ins even though I've been doing it since day one. I'm taking Oraclea's advice and contacting customer support.

 

Shortly after posting here, I did receive a message that a fix was rolling out, and the reliability since then has been much better. I did make the 20 count, so I can't check the status anymore, but the situation improved significantly after I got the
email from the support group.
