    Cant login in windows 10 xbox app

    Hi,

    I can't login in my xbox app (installed from the store) due to some parental restrictions. Unfortunately I can't access the email used for this parental restrictions. Is it possible to unlocl my account so I can use your xbox app ?

    age reset

    You may try calling Xbox support But as far as I know there is no way to change it. You will need to go to the Xbox system settings and go to Parental Controls and login with the Live Account that you designated and change the gaming restrictions.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    Do you have an Xbox Live Gold subscription? That's the most common reason for that message and Plants vs. Zombies requires Xbox Live Gold to play if I'm not mistaken.

    Either that or that account you are using is a child account with restrictions. You can check under the Account settings on your console to see your subscriptions or login to the account on https://account.microsoft.com/services/

    Any chance that this is a German copy of the game? Because from personal experience I know that some codes are restricted to countries.

    If this is the case, you could try to redeem the codes online, but as a work around since you're now in the UK you can use a VPN connection to simulate you are in Germany and then login to xbox.com as regular and redeem the code. This might sound a bit strange
    maybe, but this has solved the issue for me once when I bought an xbox live card on online that was restricted to the country it came from.

    Like I said above, some content on Xbox LIVE is regionally restricted. This is definitely one of those games that is regionally restricted.

    To the best of my knowledge, EA dont store any Xbox Live details, there just own details for EA logins etc. Did you use the same password for EA login as for Xbox Live login?
