Xbox Live Login Problem Web

Hi, I'm using Win10 v.1903. When I'm on the main page for Xbox Live (using Firefox v.68.0), I'm logged in, but when I click a link to go to another page, I'm no longer shown as logged in. I click on sign in, and nothing happens. Not having a problem with
the forum, since it's on Microsoft's website.

What could be the cause?

which browser are you using? becuase i recommend you to use microsoft edge, it is the best if you want to do something in microsoft website

I don't know what I did before, but it's now logging in normally.

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. Have you already attempted some browser troubleshooting? If you haven't already, try clearing the cookies and refreshing the browser.

Does this issue happen on other browsers? What about other devices?

Hi there,

when it shows a Fix on Web message, usually login in at
http://account.microsoft.com should show where the issue is for you to fix it.

Best would be to login with any of the accounts in the family and check if all information is up to date and correct on that link.

After that also try login in at
http://account.xbox.com/settings for any of the accounts, this is the page where you can also adjust privacy and online safety settings for any child accounts via the parental account in the Family.
