Xbox live login domain error

Good afternoon.
I have a problem I have an Xbox 360 live account that belongs to my son,
I think it was some years ago maybe 5 or 6 years ago.
The problem I have is that a couple of weeks ago we registered a card to make
a purchase but we made an error and we registered it in an account that does not take care of it
and that is even bad because the domain is "re ** *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** "
(obviously we do not remember password or secret question or any data and although we remember it as
I comment the domain is badly written)
Now the problem is that I can not update data or cancel the card. What can I do where I can communicate? It's a problem to contact the people of Microsoft to support you.

XBox Live Account already exists

New Xbox 360 owner. current owner of WinPhone8. have an xbox Live free account that is linked to my phone (@outlook.com domain). when I try to set up my live account on the xbox, where it says to use my existing email address, i'm told that the account
is already associated with a different Live account. tried my wife's "@live.com domain as well - same error. how do I use my existing Microsoft Account? thanks!

Using a @Outlook or other public domain emails is a terrible idea. I just tried it, and an email address composed of <companyname>xbox with @outlook.com apparently cannot be used. I've tried variations and they're all either taken or are being blocked... So... real nice job there! I can't use my domain and I can't NOT use my domain unless I create a really bogus name for the Live account.

EDIT: Apparently "xbox" is banned completely in @outlook emails. So creating a targetted company email FOR AN XBOX using that is... impossible. Again, well done Microsoft! /s

EDIT 2:
THIS DOESN'T WORK! I CAN add a company email as an alternate login method, BUT IT DOESN'T WORK. Attempting to log in using it on the xbox.com portal causes the login screen to change to the company-specific login which attempt to create an Xbox account directly under the company email.

Thanks for the reply. Shame.

I wonder if you can help on the following please? If I try and register a new account using a email address under a domain which I own, I receive the following error:

This email address is part of a reserved domain such as live.com, hotmail.com, or msn.com. Please enter a different email address.

I know that the domain is not a type of reserved domain, so not sure why this is happening. Do you know if live account services have a support email address?
