Xbox live log in

Hi we have just done a reset on Xbox one leaving games and apps, on reset it asked for e mail and sign in which we did and followed prompts now it looks like I have generated a new account wants subscribing to Xbox live, I cannt get on my original now
,,, any help please

Just logged out of my live and retried Netflix says I need to log into Xbox live ? Do you all have home option selected on one Xbox or something

I have a password logging on my live account but that should not matter

And yes Netflix asks to sign into live when I try to use it. I have tried to remove Netflix signed out of live and tried to reinstall it but again asks to sing into live

You don't need the profile to be logged in at the home console.

 

Have you tried signing out of whatever profile is currently logged in and signing in with your original credentials?

Sorry to hear the issue with signing in and got new gamertag. Unfortunately sounds as if the primary email you signed in with isn't the one on your original account. In this matter You can ty again with different email that was on original. If still wont
work you will need to
Contact Us Provide them the original gamertag and see if they can assist you further .

Yes i have a different gamer name now and I have tryed logging onto Microsoft account and it says I am not signed up for Xbox live

If you put in the email you thought it was and it gave you a new account, then it would appear that your Microsoft account email is something different.

I would say then that the best thing for you to do is to follow the steps here on our site entitled

Find your Microsoft account email address if you want to forgo talking with support.

Give the steps there a try and let us know how that helped resolve your issue.
