    Hello

    My name is Alex and I'm owner of an XBOX One with Kinect 2 for a year.

    A year ago I decided to buy an XBOX console, and bought it from one of our local computer store. In our country (Republic of Moldova) there are no Microsoft Stores at all, even Microsoft agenсy office.

    After the purchase I selected the Russia region, because my country wasn't listed and I wanted to play games localized in one of my native languages (russian is one of two my native languages, other is moldavian).
    In our country lot of people speak in russian, so I decided that Microsoft knew about it.

    So, I selected Russian region and started to buy games and services. All worked great. I purchased many games from XBOX Store and even subscribed to EA-Access program.

    Till the Backward Compatibiliy started.

    From then I encountered to mystical region restrictions of BACKWARD COMPATIBLE games in Store (I know that they are available in Russia, and if you mention that, I said that I have Russian locale).

    Then, after a half of a year, I encountered in payment problems of re-enabling my Gold subscription.

    Then Microsoft, at last, fixed the XBOX Store of compatible games, but some games again weren't available

    I thought that there are no problems.

    Till nowadays.

    At 8 October was finished my EA-Access year subscription. The next day I tried to re-enable it and got payment rejection.

    That was strange.

    Because from this IP, this console, this credit card and this physical location, a year ago I successfully bought EA-Access.

    I contacted with the Support, but they can't help me.

    THAT IS VERY SAD

    I am also a backend developer of large enterprise systems, and I know that settings of localization and payment issues are very fast changing. I asked the support for contacting the backend developers of XBOX Live, or deployment engineers, to fix that bug.
    Because all worked fine. But with no results, because, cite: "we only have internal communication".

    WHAT?!

    A giant corporation have only Support like interface to their customers?! That is very sad and bad.

    SO

    Dear backend developers, PMs, deployment engineers and other who forbided Republic of Moldova to using Russian locale, PLEASE make it again available. I spent big money for good console and good service
    and this is not a good service.

    I thought LIVE was more stable?

    If the game froze, the issue likely lies within the client or local hardware, not xbox live.

    Asking here won't accomplish anything as these are Community Support forums populated by other users like yourself.

    Since Moldova isn't an officially supported region there isn't anything that can officially be done to help with the inability to now purchase content. There used to be more flexibility in regards to this but as you have seen in the last year or so a region
    mismatch of even one element will lock you out from obtaining that content.

    In addition I will add that Microsoft has nothing to do with EA Access other than hosting the app on the service. It is entirely owned by Electronic Arts and you may wish to contact EA and see if something can be done.

    Hi SiRKynos. We see that your deposit issue started August 2016. You don't have the issue that others are having with the multiple accounts which is being worked on by the Payment Operations team. Your issue is that your Rewards and Xbox Live currencies
    don't match. The region when you signed up for the program is USA, while your Xbox Live locale now is not. To fix your issue, opt out of the program, wait 48 hours, and re-enroll. This will switch your Rewards locale to your current Xbox Live locale. Once
    you do this, reach out to us again and we will recover your pending Credits. Do note that we can only recognize purchases and actions made in your Rewards locale, so if you are making purchases in multiple currencies, we will not recognize them.

    It depends on the card. Xbox does not usually take refillable cards as a payment method for Xbox Live. Your best bet may be to purchase a Live membership from your local retailer.
