Xbox live linked to lost email.

Hi I set up my xbox live around about 6 years ago with my old email. I have tried to sign into xbox live (on both xbox 360 and xbox one) and its saying theres an error with my account and to sign into the email to fix it. However it won't let me sign into
this account as apparently someone else is using it, I can't confirm its me as my number has since changed so they can't text or call me with the code. Have tried filling in the form multiple times and it still doesn't think its me. My live has recently auto
renewed so I don't want to cancel it as it will be a waste so how can I get back on my account?

I am sure whatever they give will be linked to the Xbox account message system.

I had that problem with using an old email. I switched the email through windows live. It took like 30 days to do that though. At least I get the emails now.

 

How do i switch windows id on my account?

My email got hacked and i created a new one, but the new is not linked to my xbox live account. now this now email has an xbox live account i dont even use.

real xbaccount = STRATOVARIUS19 linked to hacked email

new email linked to this account.

i want STRATOVARIUS19 with this id

 

Also the account above is not mine its my sisters, just for anyone who thinks I am on it.

You will need to contact xbox support directly for this issue. They will need to ask you a series of questions to verify that you are the owner to the account in question but once they have that they can work to fixing the issue.
