Xbox live keeps telling me to login to an account I don't even know

Hello, there is this random pop up from xbox live teling me to log in by entering a password to a random email I don't know that had frontomaxmails.ru. Everytime I closed it, it keeps popping up. So I go to my settings to see if there's any users but found my account needs to be verified. So I clicked it and typed my email account but it says the account didn't exist, I tried resetting the password but it kept loading so I made a new account under the same email which was very stupid of me because I was super stressed about it. After realizing what I've done and the little window keeps popping up, I went to chat gpt and did everything I could. Going into troubleshooting and went on save mode to try to remove it- no luck. So I recover my data back to 04/05/24 and it popped up again. Chat gpt told me to remove credetals and I did that and it still pops up. Not only did I lost my microsoft account but this xbox live thing keeps popping up. I'm super stressed about this.

If your Xbox keeps asking you to sign in to an account you don't recognize, it's likely an issue with your console's account settings or a potential security issue.

1 Review your account settings.

Go to Settings, General, Sign in, Security & PIN.

Make sure that Auto-sign in is set for your account and that all other sign-in preferences are set as desired.

2 Remove and re-add your account.

Go to Settings, Account, Remove accounts.

Remove the account you don't recognize.

Restart your console.

Go to Settings, Account, Add new account and add your legitimate account.

i have gotten this code like others and have restarted my xbox, held the power button for ten seconds, and tried to login to different accounts. The code if you look it up isn't there, and i don't know about you guys but it keeps telling me to sign in with

My tells me he doesn't? Tbh I don't even know what an origin account is! Although his xbox live under name and password is the same as his hotmail account.
