XBOX Live keeps signing out

It sounds like your profile may have become corrupted. It's an easy fix to try.

On the dashboard go to the settings tab > system > storage > hard drive (or other device) > profiles. Find your profile delete it, and this is important; delete profile only.

Once that's done back up to the storage menu and highlight the hard drive but don't select it. Push Y for device options. Clear system cache and confirm. Once its done turn off the Xbox for 1 minute.

Reboot the system and when signing in download your profile. Try playing your games then.

Thanks for replying but XBL is working fine for me.

This happens every time i sign into XBL. It happened since Microsoft changed they policy for security, and wanted you to link other email addresses and gain codes to enter into XBL. I dont believe i set this up correctly and since then have been experiencing
this issue.

Hey there G22 Sorrow!! Does this only happen when you're sitting on the dashboard? Or does this happen when you're playing a game as well?

Have you tried clearing your system update then redownloading it? If not:

Go to System Settings, then choose storage, then press these buttons (in sequence):

LB > RB > X > LB > RB > X

It'll prompt you to update again and everything. That's perfectly fine. Let us know how that goes for you!
