Xbox live keeps signing me out - i have had enough!!!!

For the last 2 weeks i have constant problems with xbox live. I have been reading other peoples posts in the mean time and trying different things out. The worst problem i have is with skygo, i try to watch it then it logs me out of xbox live, my daughter
plays minecraft and its always logging her out and having connection problems, now i realise there is a error with connection issues with diablo and on party chat etc but i dont have that game but my daughter however does use party chat. But this doesnt explain
the problems with skygo. I have tested my connevction which you always blame, its not that and when i have tested it on the xbox it is fine. I have deleted profile and cache etc still the same, so i dont want anyone to tell me to do those things like you do
to other people, its just a way to fob people off!! You need to sort your selves out else people will be ditching the xbox and finding a console that does work!! We are paying for a service that we never get, you never have a problem taking money off us ever!!

xbox live SUCKS

Xbox live keeps signing me out! Ever since I've had an xbox one s it keeps signing me out and making me quit games. I also have good internet 100 mbps google fiber, it's becoming a real pain in the butt.

BTW I'm not even playing online!

so my Xbox keeps signing me out telling me I'm signing in on another Xbox. Has anyone had any issues like this before?

 

Sorry for your frustrations, Because you didn't mention it have you by chance uninstalled and reinstalled the Skygo app? I would suggest if you haven't to make that your first step. Also if your testing your internet connection on the xbox you aren't really
gettin 100% accurate results. It pretty much tells you whether you are connected or not. I would suggest using a website such as speedtest.net for more accurate testing. If you are using a wireless connection try using a hardwired connection if possible.

 

yes i have done all these things, the internet connection is fine, which i knew anyway because we have 2 pcs and phones all conected to it and working fine. Skygo app i have deleted several times and reinstalled, made no difference!

 

This happens alot and it's unfortunately something to do with your Broadband...

have you tried changing DNS servers?

 

I'm curious to know what your speed results are as well. Using google dns may be a step in the right direction for you. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 To Enter DNS server numbers on your console

This all doesn't help the fact that people get disconnected from live and can't sign back in for hours. I've been unable to sign in for over 9 hours now. This has been happening 2 to 3 times a week for two months. The service status page says nothing is
wrong, yet twitter and facebook are lit up with people who can't sign in. There is somthing seriously wrong and we're not being told what. ...

I do get pretty fed up of people fobbing us off saying its the internet connection if this is the case how come i have had the same internet provider for over 2 years and never had a problem until the last few weeks? This suggest it is microsoft that is
the problem. I am not the only person having xbox 360 connection problems many are look at all the problems in this forum and not all of us are having internet problems...I always get this problem when ever the xbox updates, and thats when this started!!

 

I have the same issue after last update of XBOX 360; a few days ago, it is now keep signing off in the middle of games like TitanFall and WOT, very annoying, I have done all the steps mentioned above but no luck, it is random and doing with all accounts
I have on this XBOX.

My internet is 18 mbps down and 5 up which is working fine from pc that is connected via VPN to my work all the time with no issues; any hiccup in internet will cut off VPN for sure.

I tried moving profile from XBOX memory to HDD, tried by deleting profile and importing, cleared all the cache and apps and demos and games, rebooted router and cable modem by pulling the physical plugs twice; no luck.

is there any chance if XOBX support come up with some good tips and also look into their own service?
