    I tried buying a Xbox Live Gold 3 month subscription on 21.5.207 and got a message that "there was an error purchasing the subscription, please try again later". I did so, and got the message again.

    Even later, I tried buying a 1 month subscription and it worked and my account then successfully had Xbox live but it lasted only for a day for some reason. I tried logging on to Xbox live on 22.5.2017 and got a message that my account does not have Xbox
    live. I went to check my bank account after that and noticed that I had been charged for two separate 3-month subscriptions plus the one-month subscription, which meant that I had paid 46,97€ and still didn't have a working Xbox live subscription.

    After this I have used two 2-day Xbox live gift cards and both of them have been canceled after the first day.

    It seems like every time I buy a live-subscription on my account, it gets canceled the very next day and I get no notifications on this. There is probably something wrong with my account that needs to be fixed, and if I can do anything to help fix it I would
    be glad to do it. I would also want to get a refund on the 46.97€ that I spent because I bought 7 months worth of Xbox live and only got to use it for less than a day.

    my account was suspended due to no money in my bank account on the renewal date ,it keeps telling me to update payment options but the problem is that there is no money in my bank.

    my question is what do i "update" i have one bank account and that is linked to my xbox live account.

    will my xbox account reactivate on its own once there is money in the account or will i have do take off the bank account and put it back on again once i have money in the bank?

    or an i fcuked?

    Xbox live keeps taking money from my bank account, even with automatic renewal turned off. I have tried removing my credit card information from my Xbox Live account, but it just keeps denying me. I have lost over 200 SEK to Xbox
    Live over this, and I'm getting desperate.

    What can I do?
