Hm, if you can't connect with cable we can't remove Xbox wi fi as a problem from the list.

I recommend trying a power cycle
of the console and network hardware by disconnecting from the outlet. When plugging in the console, please make sure the console is connected directly into the wall, no extension cords or surge protectors. If the issue persists,
