    XBox Live Keeps disconnecting


    I've had a similar problem when playing the crew. I can play for 5 to 10 minutes and then I will disconnect from xbox live for about 5 seconds and then it will come back on again like nothing happened. I wouldn't be too fussed about this but every time I
    lose connection to xbox live, I have to start the crew again because it is an online only game. Im unsure whether it is my router, xbox or the game that is the problem.

    xbox one is a joke. my 10 year old xbox 360 and every other device in my house can stay connected to internet/xbox live all day long, play games, stream movies, whatever I want it to do. however my brand new xbox one can't stay connected for more than 30
    seconds at a time. it's ridiculous. have posted on the forums, have tried to use the live chat, no one from support will answer me or seems to care. Always been very loyal to xbox, but now I think I made a mistake, shoulda bought a ps4. very disappointed
    in this product and the lack of service received.

    these forums tell you how to connect to xbox live, but I can connect to xbox live, but it just keeps disconnecting. Some times it will disconnect every 10 min and sometimes it will stay connected for 30 min. If I am playing reach online it will disconnect
    and it will disconnect when im not playing games.
