Xbox Live Keeps Disconnecting from Xbox Live

When I try to play Black Ops 2 every 2-5 minutes that I play it disconnects me from xbox live. This has been an issue with a wired connection as well. What can I do to keep playing consistently without interruptions with this problems. (Also, doesn't occur
on the Xbox One)

Xbox keeps disconnecting me from xbox live every time I go on a game. I don't know whats going on but it keeps disconnecting me and the if I go back on xbox home it reconnects me again.

For some reason my Xbox keeps disconnecting from xbox live an controller keeps losing sync don't know what to do please help it does it randomly how to fix ?

Currently, Xbox Live is having some issues with playing games online as well as some other issues.

 

if that issue is on black ops 2 and 1 only please call 800-225-6588

as its there issue not Microsoft ok if more thane just black ops 2 and 1 come back and i will be more thane happy to help you ok i hope you have fun playing on the new xbox one if you have not got it yet go to xbox.com and buy it.

 

I'm also having this problem, except it's not with Black Ops 2, this is just in general, but anyways it keeps lagging me out my party lobbies and I know its not my internet because I have a Dual Band router. And it doesn't just happens to me, it happens
to all of my friends as well. So if anyone can give me an update of this issue is going to be fixed or is it something else that causing this to happen.

If anyone is having issues connecting to Xbox Live and staying connected with a Motorola SBG6782-AC Modem....this may fix your issue...log in to your modem and look under firewall.....under protection level....uncheck IP Flood Detection....seems to work
for me.

To manofsteel, going to xbox.com and upgrading to an xbox one or "buy it" is not a solution, Thank you.

 

If anyone is using the Motorola SBG6782-AC, take it back to where you bought it, get your money back, and tell them that Xbox Live does not communicate well with it. I personally know that you can try every single thing that Xbox, Motorola, and your ISP
tells you to fix the error code 8015190E does not and will not work with this particular model! Don't waste your time. If you still want the Motorola brand, then get yourself a SB6183 and an external router to go along with it!
