Xbox live keeps disconnecting after a few minutes of being online

so my xbox live just cuts out on me after a few minutes of being online this has never happened to me before and ive been on xbl for years now.

Before we get into it i have restarted my modem and rebooted it to factory settings and configured it all good

Disconnecting

For some reason a couple hours ago my xbox keeps disconnecting while being online whether playing a game or not it disconnects out of nowere after like 5 mins.. Its getting annoying does this mean im being hacked??

Hello.

My xbox controller keeps disconnecting. When its running for about 10 minutes its all good, then it keeps disconnecting after 30 secs again and again...

Im on windows 10

 

gd it's just not my [Mod Removed]

 

any help will be useful as it has been three days now and xbox live wont stay connected for more then 2-3 minutes at a time i get no error codes or anything just disconnected

no error code nothing works xbox live stays connected for no more then 5 minutes i have rang my isp and got my connection reset and xbox live still disconnects

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? no

Any Error Codes you encounter: no

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Flip

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

After several days now, could you try again the following? But only if you did not have taken the system update away during these days.

Can you please try clearing the system cache again at least 3 times, deleting your profile, and try to re-download it again?

Let us know what the outcome will be...
