Xbox live keeps cutting out

So here is the deal. I can get on Xbox and sign into Xbox live and all and everything is fine. Then out of the blue I just get kicked off. There is no lag when it happens just immediately kicking me off. It will stay down and when I check the connection
it says I can connect to the network and internet just fine but Xbox live is the one that I connect to. So in a few minutes it let's me back on. Then in about 5 minutes of working it kicks me off and the cycle continues. I have deleted and redownloaded my
profile, cleared the cache, and set my Xbox back to factory settings. NOTHING WORKS! I need help. Please answer this. Or at least comment if you have the same problem or have had it before.

thanks for everyones help but problem is sorted now.it was microsoft which i allready knew they just made me try loads of stuff everytime i phoned up.after a system update it worked fine and has done since.i still lost 5 days xbox live.

Hey there Noel! I understand you are having some connection issues. First, I wanted to know what you mean when you say you didn't have your profile. Are you unable to download or sign in to your profile at this time? We want to get that addressed first.

Next, in regards to your connection issue, could you check out this guide (forums.xbox.com/.../155724.aspx) and post back with the answers to the bold questions.
Also, make sure to let me know where it shows the error occurring, either between the console and the network, the network and the internet, or the internet and LIVE. Thanks!

Have you tested your network to see if there's any interference or anything going on?

When's the last time you have reset your modem/router? If you haven't done it in a while or forgot when's the last time, go ahead and unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in to see if that helps.

are either of you receiving a msg that starts with a 8015 or has it been mentioning account.live.com lately? the security check that's going around is known to kick you off your profile if you haven't finished the update.. if ur console is set up to your
internet and is able to connect, then most likely its the security check

 

I'm I too far away from my internet router when connected to xbox live and I'm wired.Not sure it my console causing this.

 

The code is 80151909 and resetting the internet doesn't help. I also have a ps4 but it doesn't cut out like the Xbox does. My ps4 is fine

 

I am also having the same problem. I'm new to the xbox console, I was expecting better than this. I have 14MB/s down and 4MB/s up (by judging by my ps3 since it seems that you cant test your speeds on the xbox 360). I also have a open NAT (black ops 2 and
ghosts says so anyway). this tends to happen when I try to play black ops 2.
