xbox live keeps bricking itself and I don't know why, any ideas to fix it?

Discus and support xbox live keeps bricking itself and I don't know why, any ideas to fix it? in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; So for context, the app itself worked just fine then out of the blue when I launched it, it would just get stuck on a black screen.     xbox live keeps bricking itself and I don't know why, any ideas to fix it?


    So for context, the app itself worked just fine then out of the blue when I launched it, it would just get stuck on a black screen. Trying to fix this and not knowing what else to try I tried uninstalling it but then when I ticked the Microsoft licensing
    terms and click install it just freezes there and I have to kill it in task manager to close it.

    I don't know what is going on or what I did wrong.

    My issues also started just after the update. system keeps turning itself off. Tried a factory reset, which seemed to keep it running longer, but not long enough to install a game or do anything. This patch practically bricked it, even if they release a
    fix I don't know if my console will stay on long enough to get it. I've been a huge xbox fan, but what good is a console that won't turn on, this is crazy.

    At least i am not alone in my struggle. I'm gonna keep trying until it either fixes itself or i come up with some grand idea on why this is so much trouble... If i figure this out, i will be sure to let you know how i did it :)
