    Was having a good day then random disconnect. Then I go away for a bit next when I try to sign in it disconnects me even before signing in. Everyday its a new thing with xbox live and im really just done microsoft screw you.

    can't connect to xbox live

    i got a new modem because my other one broke and i can't connect to xbox live its picking up the internet just not xbox live

    Hey mate, I'm sorry to hear you're having these issues, though it's not always MS' fault as your ISP can sometimes be at fault for these things too.

    Are you seeing any kind of error code or message when it doesn't let you sign in? Sometimes deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache, restart the console and re-download the profile can help with these random disconnects,
    so I would suggest trying that first.

    Delete and re-download profile:
    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    Clear system cache:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    Achievements aren't updating when I go online.

    It was broken,people were modding their gamerscores on the xbox 360,now they can't on the xbox one.

    Sorry but the majority of xbox one owners have broadband & access to xbox live,you will either have to get broadband or live with the way it is for you now.

    They aren't going to change it just for the few xbox one owners who can't access xbox live.
