Xbox live issues?

since yesterday ive been having issues connecting to xbox live. and today is even worse. i had a dlc start downloading but couldnt connect to the store. ive reset my BRAND NEW xbox one s console and my router several times. the router is not the issue.
im on the router right now typing this message. the console was working absolutely FINE until yesterday when xbox was experiencing issues, today i get on and i cant update but can download dlc, cant check my network speed and stats but can browse the store,
cant synch ANY save files but when i check the connection the console tells me "its all good youre connected" but cant access any live features whatsoever. now in the middle of attempting to find the issue i get automatically signed out of my profile whenever
i go back online. everything was working fine, this console is brand new and ive been using it for only a few weeks, no damage, no issues at all until yesterday when xbox status said it was having issue, now it tells me xbox live is experiencing the following
issues and its blank where they would be listed, when i go to xbox.com/status i get a message that reads "oops the page didnt work refresh or search at homepage" i use my pc, phone, and tablet to go to the status site and get the same message, spoke with a
gamer because thats the only option it gave me, and he said there doesnt seem to be any active service alerts. but for the past 36 hours ive been able to do somethings and not others, play some games not others, then itll randomly work for all of 5 seconds
then it kicks me offline AGAIN. its not my console, its not the storage there are no corrupt files, its not my internet router or service provider, what in the world is going on with xbox live, its completely screwed every single thing that i do on my xbox,
i followed the instructions given by whatever gamer i talked to on the support site and reset my console and kept games and apps, now i have 22 games and NO SAVE FILES because xbox live wont work whatsoever so i cannot synch my save files. again up until yesterday
everything worked fine. now it seems microsoft has completely screwed me on my console i cant do a single thing. if i want to play ANY game i have to start over. i purchased Hitman goty edition digitally the day before yesterday and now i cant download the
extra dlc files because xbox live seems to be down. ive been an xbox gamer for about 13 years now, ive seen server crashes and issues before but never this bad, ive never been in a situation where a brand new system working fine for weeks on end suddenly goes
on the fritz coincidentally right when xbox is having issues. but according to the person i chatted with there are no service alerts, but yesterday there was, so if the ones from yesterday went away then why is the issues still persisting.
