    Hello,

    I received an Xbox One console on Christmas Day, and in there was a 14 day trial. I used this 14 day Gold Trial, which i had planned to make the most of before I use my 3 month code.

    Unfortunately although I can connect to the internet on my Xbox, for some reason the two games I have (Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Fifa 15) tell me I must be a Gold member to access the online features. When I attempted to put the code
    in thinking it hadn't worked, it told me I was already a Gold member.

    I am rather confused with the situation I am faced with and do not wish to lose the Gold time I get due to my inability to access online features of games.

    Sometimes the GOLD status can take a little bit to reflect. I see on your account you posted with that it is a Gold account now. Have you tried again recently to play those games?

    everytime i turn my console on i have to run the connection test. at first i thought it was because ive changed to talk talk but my laptop connects perfectly. i dont know if its because im still in the dashboard beta but it gets very annoying.
