Xbox Live Issues

I went to play some xbox today but I don't have xbox live anymore. So I enter the credit card info and click "purchase". It says "Sorry, that's as many as you can have. Only a limited number of these are allowed on an account" is there a way I can cancel
the subscription then buy a new one or something?

Well, at the moment you appear to be on a gold subscription here in the forum.

I'd suggest you head over to
http://account.live.com and check our payment options and subscriptions right there to see if they are valid.

 

I have the same problem!! Its not working..

 

I have the same problem - my Gold ( that I renewed Sep 6 for 12 months and was billed for Sep 9 ) has gone

Just yesterday I could play multiplayer games and download my free games with Live on both the XBOX ONE and XBOX 360 - now I cannot do neither on any console, instead it's all adds for Gold

 

Suns Beast, you are showing as a gold member. You should be able to access all the gold priviledges including online multiplayer gaming. Confirm a network connection and try again.

Mr Denmark, you are NOT a current gold member. After signing into your account here on the website, go to "My Account" and check your Xbox Live membership. Purchase one if expired.

@CombatFuchibear - my lacking Gold IS my problem - and since I purchased one a month ago ( got my confirmation mail and was billed by MS ) I don't feel like purchasing anything

As for @xboxsupport - I am in contact, but it took them 10 hours to make a single response

@BobMcFly247 - thanks for the advice - sadly I'm in one of those situations where her advice is of no help and has to contact MS directly ( great to live in a country with no real way of doing that other than Twitter - not available phone, no chat function,
nothing but this forum and twitter )
