    Xbox Live issues


    I did a hard reset to try and fix an issue I was having with a game, however when I logged back in and tried to play any of my games it was saying I need to re buy Xbox live even though my subscription says I still have 2 months left... I already tested
    my network connection and my multiplayer connection both said everything was fine, when I did the reset it was the one that says save games, it was not a complete reset. Thanks for any help

    everytime i turn my console on i have to run the connection test. at first i thought it was because ive changed to talk talk but my laptop connects perfectly. i dont know if its because im still in the dashboard beta but it gets very annoying.
