    Xbox Live issues with two Xbox Ones on the same wifi network


    My roommate and I are on the same wifi network. It is provided to our entire apartment complex for free, through a service called Eulawit. The connectivity is usually fantastic and we rarely run into problems with xbox live when playing on our own. However,
    the problem begins when we try to play together. We are completely unable to join each other's games directly. When we try to, the game will attempt to connect us for quite awhile, until it eventually gives up. This happens every single time, we have not
    been able to directly join one another a single time. The only way we can play together is if we both join a mutual friend's game, but even this only works sometimes. We have tried and tried and nothing seems to be working. Both of our Nat types are open
    and we have been able to play with each other just fine prior to moving into this apartment complex. I will note that we can join parties hosted by each other just fine, just not games. Help us out, please and thanks.

    Need help troubleshooting wifi connectivity issues with my new xbox one s. I never had issues with my original xbox one, but after purchasing my xbox one s I get signed out or disconnected daily. I'm thinking this might be due to having two xbox one consoles
    on the same network, but the issues persist even if only one of them is turned on.

    You said wifi is fine, have you tried a hardwire connection?

    It never shows an error?

    Does the network status or a network test show anything? Is your NAT open? All connections to the Internet and Xbox Live services show good?

    Same problem here. My new xbox 360s connects to my network via internal wifi but it will not connect to xbox live. Everything else in the house connects fine. My xbox even connects when I plug in the old Adapter( from my last xbox) meaning the issue is with

    Check your console and the app are using the same Wifi network.

    Check that you're signed in to your Xbox Live account on the app AND your Xbox One.

    Update on xbox one has stopped xbox going online!

    Normally have the xbox on WiFi. Using a wired network connection allowed access to xbox live as normal. The update then completed. Didn't fix the WiFi issue though.

    So yeah my S7 edge is up to date with the lastest android version, i uninstall the app then re-install > still the same issue console not found

    I tried my xbox 360 on the wifi and with the cable > still the same issue console not found

    I tried my 3 computers on the wifi / with the cable / uninstall - reinstall the app > still the same issue console not found

    Its my Microsoft account on all systems ( pc , smartphone and xbox 360 , xbox one , xbox one x ).

    SmartGlass xbox one working fine on all systems in the same network.

    I tried the shared 4G network from smartphone with the xbox 360 > still the same issue console not found...

    What could the issue ?
