    Xbox live issues with game clips


    Recently (since July 3rd) I have been having a very weird issue and i have tried many things to fix it havent found anything yet.

    My issue is when I upload a clip to my xbox it doesnt appear (on my uploaded to xbox live or my xbox app captures) and if it doesnt appear then I get an issue which says something went wrong. My friend had this issue too, he deleted my account from his xbox
    and the glitch went. Also my deleted captures still show up but dont play or anything. I know this issue is very weird as none of my friends have it unless they have signed into my xbox account in the last 5 days.

    I normally upload videos on youtube but this issue has stopped me from uploading anything...

    Please if anybody can help me with this i would appreciate this because fortnite tournaments are coming up soon and i would like to make highlight videos.

    Same issue! I lost all the clips on my INTERNAL HDD, not on live.

    Why would my clips that Ive had on my INTERNAL HDD be deleted or expire?

    Where is the setting for this? Why did this just start?

    Repeat, this is not about clips on xbox live, this is about the clips save LOCALLY!

    If one of you xbox idiots reply with the known fact that clips on live expire Im jumping off a bridge.

    Hey there OHN0U81,

    Is the issue occurring with any Game Clip you upload? Or is it just with a specific game? If you check in Manage Clips in Upload Studio, how much available free space do you have on your Xbox Live profile? It will be displayed on the top right corner of
    the screen in Manage Clips.

    If as stated it is in game and a feature of the game, you shouldn't have an issue. You may well have an issue if you upload a game clip that is deemed to violate the code of conduct. Not all game content is acceptable to be uploaded to Xbox Live.

    Which games are not working for you? In the Xbox App, you are able to record clips from PC games, but you may only be able to share clips and screenshots from Xbox titles, as you're sharing it with your Xbox friends and the Xbox Live network.

    If this is the issue here, I hope this information helps explain why it may not be working as you'd hoped.
