    Xbox live issues/hacked


    I was on Gta 5 the other day talking to some friend when these two hackers

    [mod removed] came on and ruined are day

    They appolagised but started being racist saying [mod removed] (im white)

    Then I appolagised too

    Which was a BIG mistake because they took my Xbox live down

    And now if i connect to xbox live i get in then get disconnected

    Now ive file complainted this guy 20 times!!!!!

    And now he hacked my Account

    i can get on but then he boots me off Xbox live

    please help me ive unfriended and muted the guy nothin g is working

    im trying to get him banned because he being a crap head

    just please Microsoft ban him.

    i want to play on my account and if he buys anything,then im sueing microsoft

    It will take some time for the mods to get to the report.

    Also, you can contact your ISP.

    Booting someone offline is against the law. They can aid you with this issue.

    I'm sorry this happened to you. To solve the problem, I'd follow
    this page    , which discusses what has occurred to you. It's called a denial of service attack, and it floods your modem with so much traffic that legit traffic can't get through. The linked page will help you get back on track. You should also immediately
    block these users and NEVER respond to any other messages they send. You should also report the attack to your ISP (Internet service provider), who can take steps to find out where the attack is coming from and take care of it.

    Unfortunately, nobody here will be able to suspend them. Your reports will make that happen in due course. If you do believe that your account has been compromised, please be sure to contact
    Xbox Live Support and alert them to the situation.
