Xbox Live Issues. Dropping out

Is anyone else having logging in issues? Sometimes mine will log in then bang a few minutes later its disconnected. All other devices in the house work fine. Spoke to Microsoft and they told me there having server issues and to wait 24 hours?

Sorry to hear you're having issue staying connected.

Let us know how clearing your cache goes. I would also suggest these steps:

Delete your profile

Clear your system cache - 3 times

Restart your console

Download the profile

Let us know how that goes and we'll work from there.

There have been issues on and off for the past month, I've personally had my console state I need a valid internet connection will not connect me to any games that require a online connection, but can still use YouTube and chat to mates in Xbox Party chat,
and I am on 100Mb/s Fiber-to-Home, normally my friends experience issues all at the same time, some with just strange errors appearing some with complete drop outs.

I wouldn't say their servers are flat out the worst, but I will say almost every single EA game that I have bought on release has had server issues and it takes a bit for EA to balance them out.

I had no idea EA was that bad- it's frustrating as hell. I dint remember having these 360 issues. The only games I've actually lost so far are the games that have dropped out! Poor... What's Pro Evo like nowadays? I went over to FIFA because of the Pro-Evo
online issues years ago. I'd be happy to go back if they've sorted the issues

The best explanation would be because EA has the worst servers in the industry. All of EAs XB1 games are having issues as of release day. Its no better on any other platform either. Next year when they rehash the same crap show them how you feel by not buying

They're usually not that bad, but it's probably bound to happen for a new console. Just wait it out for a while and try again.
