    Xbox Live issues and not getting pins


    Last night around 8pm PST i lost connection to Xbox Live in the midst of playing Titanfall. Now, every time I turn on my Xbox One my pins won't display and I have a message on the right saying "The problem may be on our end, we are working to get it resolved."
    I've read here that some people are resolving this by doing a hard reset. How do you perform a hard reset, is that the same as going back to factory settings?

    Also, I'd have to assume Microsoft is aware of this issue... does anyone know if they're working to get this resolved? I miss Titanfall so I may just do the hard reset but I want to make sure I am doing the reset properly.

    I believe the pins are stored "In the Cloud"

    When my internet cut out, I rebooted my system, and was unable to access the internet. On my pins it said "Log in to Xbox Live to get your pins".

    May be something to do with that?

    Xbox live won't connect

    I'm having these same issues

    Signal connection is fine. Testing signal says all good yet cannot access xbox live. Not showing any pins or anything else

    I have this same issue but it doesn't affect my Xbox live games. I have played titanfall just fine online. It has been going on on my Xbox one for 3 days now

    It has been affecting Titanfall for me, it won't allow me to connect. I hope Microsoft is working on a resolution to this.

    I'm getting the same problem...COD Ghosts and Netflix and what not work fine...but I have no access to anything else...pretty annoying

    Someone in another thread said to reset your MAC address under settings and it will reboot and hopefully should go away.

    It has been affecting Titanfall for me, it won't allow me to connect. I hope Microsoft is working on a resolution to this.

    Xbox Pins not working

    There is a known issue with content that is no longer available on the Xbox Live Marketplace getting stuck as a pin. Microsoft is aware of this and is working on a fix for it.



    EDIT: It is also recommended that you create a post in the feedback forum (http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_feedback/default.aspx). If the pin gets in the
    way, it is recommended that you rearrange your pins and move all of your other pins in front of this one.
