    Xbox Live Issues Across Consoles


    I currently have a full xbox live gold account working on my xbox one, however, I do not have xbox live gold privileges on the xbox 360.

    According to my account details my xbox live service is valid until 2015, but it does say it is currently suspended. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Is he on a second console which is a game share as your home console? if so it's to do with Xbox live problems, i'm having the same issue with Farcry Primal.

    If you are using the same account on both systems, which I assume you are, then the only thing I can think of is that for some reason you are suspended on the 360. But this does not make a lot of sense to me as I would think your account would be suspended
    across both platforms. You could post in this forum:
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     to see if and why you were suspended on the 360. I will try to check into this a bit more and will get back to you as soon as I can. Or, another ambassador with a bit more knowledge will chime in.
