    Hey there

    Welcome to the forums

    You can double check when your membership is due to expire through
    https://account.live.com     Simply sign into your profile and Click onto Billing. Once there you will be able to see membership status and how much it will cost to renew it.

    If there is a problem. Please ring Xbox support on 0800 4MY XBOX and they will be able to look into it in more depth

    Did you get an email today? It could simply be saying that you have exactly one month until it expires, rather than saying it expired today.

    Check Sign in to your Microsoft account, and under the 'Subscriptions' tab it will tell you what subscription you currently have and when it will expire.

    everytime i turn my console on i have to run the connection test. at first i thought it was because ive changed to talk talk but my laptop connects perfectly. i dont know if its because im still in the dashboard beta but it gets very annoying.
