    I have renewed my 12 months xbox live subscription on the 28th of May and have been billed twice 59,99 eur but the xbox live is still not accessible when I'm launching game multiplayer. Could you please assit me ?

    I'm sorry to see any billing issues! We are unable to assist with those here on the forums. If you haven't already, you will want to
    contact us via phone or chat support to have them do a refund. They may need to refund only one, but see if they can provide a token for the other by cancelling the subscription without a refund
    to try to force your Gold subscription to work on your console.

    Please let me know if you hit any snags with this! We can look into our other options from there. xbox live issue :)

    everytime i turn my console on i have to run the connection test. at first i thought it was because ive changed to talk talk but my laptop connects perfectly. i dont know if its because im still in the dashboard beta but it gets very annoying.
