    games digitally downloaded specifically elder scrolls online is not working. This is completely unacceptable especially since games that you have disc will still work. If this problem arises again I expect some sort of resolution from Microsoft in either
    the form of a disc copy of every game I have digitally downloaded or a reimbursement for gold services

    Hi there!

    Downtime is unfortunate on services like this, but it cannot be stopped altogether. You can keep an eye on xbox.com/status for more information about the fixes to the services.

    You will not get a physical version of your games nor a reimbursement for gold services for a short downtime, as per the ToS.

    everytime i turn my console on i have to run the connection test. at first i thought it was because ive changed to talk talk but my laptop connects perfectly. i dont know if its because im still in the dashboard beta but it gets very annoying.
