    To Whom it my concern,

    I am an XBOX LIVE Ambassador and I am aware of the current service alert that XBOX has posted. May people are having their XBOX LIVE run out and they have updated it with a redeem code / card. For me I have purchased it threw
    www.xbox.com and XBOX is still telling me that I have 3 days left before my live expires.

    Does anyone have any solution what I can possibly do before this runs out? I do have screen shots of my transaction as well as my receipt in my email. Thank you guys and have a great day.

    Sorry to hear it. However, as you've paid for the item and it seems as though it has not been recorded on your account this becomes a billing issue which must be dealt with through phone support.

    everytime i turn my console on i have to run the connection test. at first i thought it was because ive changed to talk talk but my laptop connects perfectly. i dont know if its because im still in the dashboard beta but it gets very annoying.
