    Xbox Live issue


    My Xbox Live has been jacked up. I pay 10 dollars expecting to get the gold benefits. As a result, I can’t play my games with gold games and can’t purchase any deals that come with gold. For example, the ultimate game sale that’s going on right now. But
    I can play online games and create Xbox parties and talk with people. it’s stupid and really makes no sense to me.

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try deleting your gamertag then hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down. When it power back on redownload your tag. Hopefully this will solve the issue you're experiencing

    everytime i turn my console on i have to run the connection test. at first i thought it was because ive changed to talk talk but my laptop connects perfectly. i dont know if its because im still in the dashboard beta but it gets very annoying.
