    So it said my account has been suspended because I didn't update my payment information. So I go buy a new 3 month card and it won't work either. Not only am I upset it's not working, but if it's saying I cannot connect because xbox is down and I wasted
    25 bucks this console will be smashed. I was going to buy a new xbox one, but I'll prolly get ps4 now because this is annoying. I've had nothing but problems with this hunk of junk! So frustrating!

    Xbox live issue

    You must not have turned off auto renew and your account is now in arrears.

    Adding a pre-paid card will not remove those arrears.

    You will need to add a credit card or call support to arrange another method of payment.

    Smashing your console will not affect anyone here or at microsoft, smash away.

    Oh it will, my money will gladly be taken by Sony.

    I can't remove both of my credit cards tho. If they have pre paid cards with codes on them why do I need to have a credit card on here. This is dumb.

    If you already have two credit cards on the account they must have expired or be invalid in some way, as microsoft would have just taken the money off them otherwise.

    You cannot pay off arrears with a pre-paid card.

    It affects no one here what you do with your console or where you spend your money,and i am sure microsoft really don`t care about your threats either.

    everytime i turn my console on i have to run the connection test. at first i thought it was because ive changed to talk talk but my laptop connects perfectly. i dont know if its because im still in the dashboard beta but it gets very annoying.
