    Xbox live issue


    I have recently clicked on a twitter link from the Xbox’s official twitter, offering 3 months of free Xbox Gold with the purchase of 3 months Xbox Gold. I took the offer, and not only did I not receive 3 months of free Xbox live, but my Xbox live will not
    work. The Xbox tell me I have I tried under subscriptions, however I cannot play any online games. I have checked internet, restarted system, and removed and re-added my account to the Xbox. I have an adult account with no restrictions, please help me.

    everytime i turn my console on i have to run the connection test. at first i thought it was because ive changed to talk talk but my laptop connects perfectly. i dont know if its because im still in the dashboard beta but it gets very annoying.
