Xbox live issue with tags

I got xbox one at christmas, but had an issue with it in jan, I rang up support and they told me to reset xbox which I did, xbox is ok now But originally when I got it I had a years subscription on day on xbox live . When reset xbox different user on my
email came up I forgot what details were, now I don't have original tag with live on it or the points that I made. Is there any way that I can link the accounts as I know both tags etc. or is there a phone number that someone can help. Thanks in advance

I TOO HAVE THIS SAME ISSUE

MY XBOX LIVE GAMER TAG CONTAINS MY LAST NAME IN IT AND I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING IN GAME ABUSE/ HATE FROM OTHER PLAYERS I DO NOT KNOW.. I WAS SPEAKING WITH AN XBOX LIVE REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT CONTACTING THROUGH THIS PAGE ABOUT GETTING A FOCE CHANGE ON MY GAMER
TAG TO AVOID THAT PROBLEM WITH OTHER PLAYERS IN THE FUTURE.

HOW CAN I GET A FORCE CHANGE??

 

Can't delete friend request

Yea samething to me. From gamer tag slim roadkill. Cant delete it. Try all the steps above with no luck. Anybody at xbox live can help with this issue would be nice.

 

This hard to say. But you can tried called support. But you must do it on the phone you have your proof on.
