XBOX LIVE ISSUE RENDERING MY XBOX ONE USELESS

I have talked to Microsoft many times about this and ALL fixing methods have failed so far. I have a fairly common issue where my Xbox disconnects and then reconnects to Xbox Live. This makes me leave any party or online game. I can then rejoin after a few
seconds but then it happens again! This occurs every 5-20 mins and it has been happening for months now. I expect this to be fixed or I will have to sell my Xbox and seek compensation. Can ANYBODY help?!

I also have another issue with parties that started today but I have been unable to fix: My mic just completely cut out so nobody could hear me but I could still hear them. I tried reconnecting the headset, rejoining the party and switching controllers but
nothing has fixed this other console ruining issue.

Again if ANYONE can help I would be very grateful as this completely stresses me out every day. I can't play any games unless they don't involve Live and partys are a thing of the past for me so half of my console has basically been useless for a month.

Problem with Preview Program

I have the same issue. Friends list is not accurate either. I have restored my console to factory settings and still no fix. After re installing the witcher 3 I cannot access save game files from the cloud. Also can't access Xbox store. Rendering my Xbox
one useless!!? Help!

 

Hard drive not working

Hi i realise your discussions were awhile ago but my Xbox one as of yesterday is not recognising my 4tb external hard drive which is rendering my Xbox useless. I'm at a loss here, has anyone found a solution to this?

 

Also I would just like to add I have been subscribed to Xbox Live Gold for these months where I have been having these issues so would I be entitled to any sort of refund? I have a 12 month subscription that runs out soon.

What router/modem do you use?

Wired or wireless?

2.4G or 5G, if wireless?

For the Mic issue. It may not be your problem, Certain people have connection issues that are disconnecting the chat with your party overtime they join your party. You must leave the party and then invite them to your party and make sure that you are party
leader and that the connection is good before inviting the other members of the party. Close the party and if they still can't hear you ask them to unplug the mic holder from the controller and unplug the wire from the xbox. if the wire is not plugged into
the xbox then they need to install their controller and their headset to the xbox one.
