Xbox Live Issue - Pillars of Eternity 2 on PC

Hi,

I have been playing PoE2 on games pass for around 10 hours across multiple sessions. As of yesterday, when I launch the game, it tries to load my save files I receive the error message below. I have tried restarting the xbox app, logging out and back in and restarting my computer. My internet connection is obviously fine as I am posting this on the same computer and have played other games in the meantime. I have not reinstalled the game because this is an account issue so I'd rather not go through the pain of that if it's not absolutely necessary. I am also logged in to the xbox store - I logged out and back in to be sure.

Frustratingly, I could find no info on the error code - might be worth documenting some of this stuff?

I dont think Pillars of Eternity 2 will be on gamepass at first, The first Pillars of eternity are on gamepass for now though.

I honestly have no ideas of what to recommend beyond what I've already said and what would be the cause of the problem. I'm sorry for this.

Thanks for the response however this didn't fix the issue.

Yes it happens if I try a different login

How are you?

Open File Explorer.

Navigate to the following:

C:\Users\[your profile]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker

Delete the Accounts and Cache folders.

Then try playing again
