Xbox Live Issue on 360

I have a One that has my live account with my 2 children under the family group. They can access all features on the One. I purchased a 360 for my younger child and set him up, have downloaded my profile and his profile on the machine and it will not let
him play on Xbox Live. The error I am getting on Modern Warfare is: NOTICE - The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox LIVE". Makes no sense as he can on the One. Any help would be appreciated as this is causing problems with the other games
he has also. When I go into settings it shows me as having Xbox Live Gold and him as having Xbox Live Free but no subscription.

Xbox live party issue on 360

so far I was fine, but now for whatever reason I cannot join Xbox live parties whatsoever, I checked if there was a NAT problem. But there isn't, I need to tell others to invite me to the party in order for me to join, because when I try to join party. It
always says that I cannot join the party. I tried this on everyone in my friends list, and all did not work.

Gold can only be shared on the One. In order for him to play online on the 360, he would need his own gold subscription.

after i sing in to xbox live i dont hav anumore the hubs of ( bing, movies&tv,music, apps ) and i will like to know why thanks?

Your console can't be banned from Xbox Live, only your account can. To check that, go here and sign in with your account.
You can also follow this troubleshooter to see if it fixes your problem.

Theres a link for error code search up... Like Parrafin Alien said, there should be an error code on screen... Type it in this link box, you should get solutions
