Xbox live isn’t working

I am trying to turn on My XBox but have a message saying the service isnt currently workong. But when i check the xbox live status it show all is working fine.

could someone plz help?

I would recommend the Power cycle. To do that press and hold the xbox Logo button on your console for 10 seconds. Than unplug the power cable. Wait for at least 60 seconds. Then plug the Power cable back in and turn on your console. That should fix the
the issue. If it wont do the trick try to delete and redownload your Profile.

Do a hard reset/power cycle on your console.

Press and hold the Xbox logo on the front until it switches off. Waiting 30 seconds before switching it back on.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account
