Xbox live isn't working even after subscription

Hello,i paid for xbox live and i tried playing online but its tell me this account isnt allowed to play xbox live,what can i do ...pls i do not want my money to waste like this,tanks in advance.

Usually when I have issues like that I'll check to make sure xbox services are good and reset my console after that I'll hold the power button and reset for a hard reset and if that dosent work I wait 24 hours and then contact support

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get online. I can totally see how recently paying for live only to see no change could be confusing. I suggest removing your account and then redownloading it as outlined in How
to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One.

This isn't a bug. Xbox 360 Games With Gold are yours to keep and will continue to work even after your Live subscription ends. Only Xbox One GWG tiles require a subscription to keep playing.

So enjoy your completely free games!

When i go online it shows a Page of thé Xbox gamepass subscription and thé Xbox live Gold even though i got gamepass through home Xbox, i would just play with that account but my younger brother uses it to play on his Xbox and for him it's working to play online it's just for me through home Xbox that it isn't working.
