Xbox Live isn't working after redeeming Code and getting the confirmation Email

I redeemed the Code for Xbox Live 3M and got the confirmation Email shortly after that but I still don't get to use any of it's features.

Changing email address and payment problems.

Hello,

I'd like to change my email address on xbox live as my old email is no longer valid.

Also, my payment information isn't working even though its correct and redeeming codes isn't working....

xbox ripped me off for 8 months of a 12 month subscription

Check your email as well. You are sent a confirmation after redeeming a code.

Just phoned them and the Code was sent almost instantly

You are also showing up as silver here. On your console try logging out of your profile and logging back in. Sometimes it just takes a little time for everything to sync up.

Check your email as well. You are sent a confirmation after redeeming a code.

There usually isn't a confirmation screen afterwards, but you should have gotten a billing email. The code would be sent to you as a code through a message on Live about 4 weeks after the purchase. If it's been longer than 4 weeks, support will check into
it for you and get back to you here.

I too cannot redeem my prepaid 12month gold xbox live membership card on my Xbox one, It says something went wrong after it already confirms that it's a valid card and what it is redeemable for,

I do not have any fraud or suspicious behavior and I can't redeem my code, This isn't my problem either, It's MS problem like above me said, Fix it!
