    Xbox live is working but can't connect to Netflix or YouTube


    A fuse blew in my house which cut power to my xbox 360 (1st gen elite unit- black).

    Suddenly i am unable to use any 3rd party apps like YouTube or Netflix.

    Network test is fine. Connecting on all points.

    I can access xbox live servers and my cloud saves but cannot use Netflix or YouTube.

    I tried resetting the router and the problem persists.

    What could be causing this?

    my netflix app stopped working.

    Netflix app is not working. it keeps saying i need to connect to xbox live. but i am connected. everything else is working fine

    Hello, as i have read in the comments i dont know if you understand most of the french translations but there seems to be a problem with the french xbox live servers or something.

    i have the same porblem im connected to the internet everything works very well but my console says that im not connected to xbox live and nothing works accept youtube and netflix . Nothing appears on the home screen and can't snycronise or update anything

    Xbox not connecting to mobile hotspot

    I just connect to xbox live with the mobile hotspot to watch Netflix and YouTube. I've been doing that for a year. Then right after the smartphone update Xbox won't connect to the phones hotspot.

    I tried the hard reset and turning off the hotspot and back on again but the Xbox still can't connect to the network.

    I can't access my Netflix, Youtube, or anything. I tested the connection and it says I am connected to xbox live. It gives me the error code 807B0193. I've tried to look up this code with no results.
