Xbox live is trying to charge me again for gears 4 season pass!!!!

I purchased the pre order of Gears of war 4 ultimate edition on the 5th October with season pass and editional content. Game had been working fine for about a month until the most recent update came. I updated the game went to load it up and an error message
said that game is corrupt please uninstall and install again. The problem im having is when i go to market place to dowoad game it has the cost value on the UE bundle. when it should state 'bundle' so i can commence download. Can anyone help me with this because
i have legitamatley purchased this game with my hard earn cash and microsoft wont let me download this game.

Problems downloading Fenix Rising with my Season Pass

I bought the Season Pass for Gears of War 3 a few days after the game's release and have had no problems downloading the past two DLCs. I'm trying to download the Fenix Rising DLC and am unable to do so using my Season Pass. Unlike the previous two DLCs,
there has been no prompt for Fenix Rising when Gears starts. Fenix Rising appears in both the in-game and dashboard marketplaces, but for 800 credits. I've downloaded my Season Pass again twice and it still isn't letting me use it to download Fenix Rising
(when I try to download it, LIVE still wants to charge me 800 credits). What can I do to get the DLC using my Season Pass?
