My Xbox One say's I'm a gold subscriber, but my 360 and Xbox.com says I'm a free member? Also, my tenure has reset.... Why?

Cant Connect online...Need help.

I have purchased my live online and i'm a gold member. But it doesnt let me connect to play online on my console. It keeps saying "The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live" however i just purchased my live membership online and im a gold member

Bought a month of gold. Am still a Silver member.

I purchased an Xbox Live Gold - 1 Month Membership today, and I'm being told my account is still a Silver account. The Xbox Website says I am a Gold Member, but my Xbox keeps saying I'm not. Any help available?

Sorry to hear about your issues with your gold subscription! Can you provide some screenshots of the subscription status on your Xbox 360?

Also, you can test your connection on your 360. This will update the status to Gold.

Update me and let me know what your situation is after that.

Xbox LIVE Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards members for renewing their Xbox LIVE Gold subscriptions, playing games, engaging with Xbox LIVE features, making purchases from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace etc... and a gold member does mean a xbox live gold
member.

I'm sorry to say that we cannot change the Tenure of your Xbox Live account. The only thing that can change the Tenure of your Xbox Live account is the passage of time while being a Gold Member. When you have completed a second full year of
Xbox Live Gold, your Tenure will increase to 2. It will then continue to go up from there as you spend more time as a Gold Member.

The prepaid card you mentioned. Is this a card to redeem Xbox Live Gold? If yes, did it say it was successfully redeemed?
