    Hello,

    Even with MS web site is saying the Xbox live services are UP, I´m not able to connect in via console (Xbox 360).

    I´ve already run through the 12 steps... like opening ports, setting DMZ, deleting the profile and cleaning the cache, but it still not working.

    At the last self support step, it is indicating to do a Tracert test, and from this I could see that the host ae24-0.co2-96c-1a.ntwk.msn.net [104.44.227.107] is the last one answering.

    What should I do to fix it?

    Can someone help me here, please?

    I have the same problem but mine says at "Current Network Status" That everything works but it says "Service Info Is Unavailable" Any way to fix this? Or will i need a new xbox?

    Hi..

    Thank you for your suggestion, I was thinkinig that my account could be damaged - I tried it, but no success at all.

    At first connection try I got the error code 85151909, but I could not found description to it.

    Well, from tracert test it stops anserwing in a MSM machine (hop 23).

    Any other idea?

    Remove the account from your console, clear your console cache and download your account again.
