Xbox live is not connecting to the xbox

we reset the Internet and restarted the Xbox. the Xbox life is on the Xbox and for some odd reason it's not connecting. The NAT type is unavailabe how do I fix it.

My xbox 360 is not connecting to xbox live. It's connecting to internet but not to the xbox live. No error codes are being displayed

 

my Xbox is not connecting to Xbox live nor the WiFi and my WiFi is good and my Xbox live is good to

I'm sorry to see any issues with connecting up to Xbox Live! If your NAT type is unavailable, that's determined by whatever network devices or your ISP says. We can rule out any issues from our end if you would like! All I would need is the router/modem
manufacturer and model number. I can help you set up any settings that need to be changed, and determine if you will have to chat with your internet provider.

One of the quickest ways to test if it's your internet, though, is by using your phone as a hotspot and connecting the console up to that.

Let me know your network device information, and how the hotspot test goes. We can dig into other steps from there.

What I'm looking for is whatever network device you have from your internet provider or one that you purchased yourself. The manufacturer and model number will help me determine if we have any known issues with that device. It should be something like an
**** or Motorola device, as an example. Model numbers are typically on the front of the device or on the information sticker on the back or bottom.

Hopefully that clears up what I am looking for. Let me know if I should clarify further.
