    I hard reset with my games. When I try to play a game, it says " Buy Xbox Live Gold Now!" I bought Xbox Live around February of last year and I know it doesn't reset. What can I do?

    It's probably because the first payment would have failed to go through and your account is no longer in goodstanding, with an amount unpaid on it.

    It might not have gone live yet I would say try again about 6pm and if it's still not then try again at 9pm.

    Also I would say look at xbox on twitter they will say when it's gone live
