Xbox Live Is Going Down Multiple Times!!! Please Read...

Me and my friends have been frustrated with Xbox Live lately on Xbox 360. It has gone down multiple times for about 4-5 days. Multiple hours taken away from my gaming. I heard that it was a hacker (Incorrect Rumor?) But even if it is, I've been getting kicked
offline multiple times and it extremely annoying. Me and my friends and some others think we should be reimbursed for the time down. 1 Week Trial? 1 Month Trial? Anything like that would be appreciated. I'm sure many other people are with me on this. I'm pretty
sure this message is going to be ignored. But, its my money being wasted on hours not being played. And that not very fair. I hope you give us something in return, thank you for reading this...

Unable to send console for repair

When I make a repair request at the end I am greeted with a mostly-blank page displaying a message in red text that reads: "An error occurred. Please try again. An error occurred. Please try again."

I've tried multiple times over a 5 day period. It won't work.

I've also tried with multiple accounts, all which had Xbox Live.

I've also tried with 4 different browsers.

 

Not signing into Xbox Live Account!!!!

I support this! im so sick of this bs. microsoft service is ***! thank god i bought a *** playstation 4 and not an xbox one! im done with your *** microsoft! make something that actually works

 

How quickly people forget PSN got hacked, gave up credit cards and they are down as well, so blaming MS because there is a DDOS attack across the internet against this service is just stupid. That's like getting upset at your electric company when someone
runs into a pole and takes out your electric.

 

I completely support this and so do many of my friends and others I encounter on LIVE!!! We who are loyal to Microsoft get punished because they can't do their jobs right and don't think we the players don't know how much you are making a year yet you give
us nothing when you mess up and expect us to keep coming back and give you more money???? We help Microsoft make their millions now help you fans stay loyal to Xbox and Microsoft!!!! Or be shown what it is like to be forgotten and mistreated..... JUST LIKE

I agree with Negative Scores we should get something free because of us not being able to play Black Ops 2 or Skate 3 or other stuff like that online.

 

SO, a group of hackers that support terroristic activities attacks Microsoft, disrupts our activities and costs a corporation money and instead of everyone being mad at the group of hackers they jump to bashing the victims here and hold out their hand wanting
something for free from them.

 

Bu88Lez3314 That's exactly how almost everyone feels, I also think its absolutely unfair that the time we BOUGHT to be able to play LIVE was taken away. Even though they are getting hacked, we STILL should get "Payed Back" our gold or more! I've been trying
to play for more than 6 hours and have been getting kicked off continuously. And its extremely annoying. I know its because of the hackers but we should still be reimbursed for that time we lost... (I said that twice)

 

Guys, The team are working as hard as possible. Give them a chance, For me the services are working fine (At time of this post).
