Xbox live is glitching out on me

I believe on the 18th, I tried to get into a session in GTA V. It soon told me my account doesn't have access to xbox live. Soon enough I put in a code but it said something like, "You already have it give it to a friend."

Xbox LIVE tenure glitching out.

Hello there!

I've been on xbox LIVE for almost 8 years and recently I have noticed my xbox live tenure is glitching out.

What I mean is It always says 7 years on xbox 360 but, When im on the xbox one. 1 hour it will say 7 and if I play a game it will show nothing. and If I go to xbox.com and go to xbox app on windows 10, it will say 7 tenure.

also if I play backwards compatible game it will go to a 0 tenure and wont show anything can you guys please fix this! thank you very much.+

I've had a similar message like this pop. its most likely due to the fact that your xbox live subscription maybe in a suspended state which the support team could look into further and help you out with that.

so I'd recommend giving them a call

1-800-4my-xbox, 1-800-469-9269

but it also helps to just go to account.Microsoft.com and once you sign in to your account go to Services and subscriptions it will tell you if a balance is due and current subscriptions renewal dates

Having the same problem here. I reset my password and it still won't work for me. Proofs and everything else checks out on my account. I'm thinking this is an Xbox Live glitch of some sort.

I cant connect to xbox live either. This glitch happened like after I transferred like 15gb of stuff from my hard drive to a usb (because my xbox forcibly signed me out for an unknown reason).

I already it. Xbox 360 still not connection on XBOX Live. There glitch or damage at XBOX Live.

Team Xbox search for glitch or damage "Xbox Live Core Services".

i'm happy i thought it was just me when i saw some of my friends playing online this morning. Then i thought maybe my live had run out.... but am so relieved that this is an issue started from this morning ... must be a glitch from xbox live then
